English
Liter of Light, a Filipino-born global grassroots solar lighting movement, has achieved a Guinness World Record for the world’s largest solar artwork. The artwork "Tree of Light" was unveiled on International Day for Biodiversity 2024 and is meant as a warning of the extinction faced by one million species, as revealed in IPBES Global Assessment Report. Following the public viewing of the artwork, the lights built for the installation were distributed to communities living in the Agusan Marsh Wildlife Sanctuary
