About
I am plant ecologist interested in the mechanisms by which non-native species become invasive and in how to incorporate this information in invasive species management. My previous research focused on using local scale invasion level and abiotic data to predict the distribution and impact of invasive species in Hawaii and Neotropical savannas. My current research has included interdisciplinary approaches do apply cost-effective control of invasive and overdominant species in protected areas.
