In the race between wealth and money, the latter has emerged the winner. We are now fighting to contain the fire that is a fallout of the result.

Business, as usual, is not an option on our table anymore. Transformative changes are the need of the hour. However, what can be transformed needs to be looked into carefully. For instance, culture is something that is engrained collectively within society. It manifests collectively. Neither is culture a piece of garment that can be discarded for something new. Hence it is essential to arrive at 'actionable items'  than create a wish list, which should subsequently be inculcated.

While science and technology can help us understand the challenges and device solutions to overcome them, they are sub-critical in instilling transformative changes.
