How can we encourage businesses and the financial sector to invest in biodiversity?

Hello everybody. Thanks for the presentation Kai and everybody thank your for the interesting discussion. Some good points were raised. In the discussion, there was talked about the role of the State as an important agent for change. But many in the business community are also concerned by the loss of biodiversity. Power is not monolithic and there are many agents for change. So how could businesses and the financal sector be encouraged and supported to invest in Nature and biodiversity other than the quick, exploitative, inequitable and unsustainable extraction of natural resources? What kind of Return on Investment can be offered? How can we bring that sort of transformative change about? Any thoughts on this?
