More than 20 years of expertise in areas related to economics of biodiversity, water resources and ecological services. I have strong technical experience in economic valuation techniques, environmental impact assessment, cost-effectiveness, cost-benefit analysis and experimental economy, as well as in the design and implementation of market-based instruments and innovative financing mechanisms within the context of green growth strategies.
I act as a technical advisor for decision-makers of governments, local authorities and the private sector in different institutional and cultural contexts.
I have managed projects commissioned by the World Bank, the European Union and the Convention of Biological Diversity.
I successfully led negotiations on Access and Benefits Sharing of the Convention of Biological Diversity (CDB) at national and European level during the French Presidency of the European Union.
