Notification: External review of the draft scoping report for the IPBES nexus assessment now live
Dear IPBES members, observers and other interested stakeholders,
With reference to notification EM/2020/4 (25 February 2020), I am pleased to announce that the draft scoping report for the nexus assessment (thematic assessment of the interlinkages among biodiversity, water, food and health in the context of climate change) is open for external review: 5 June 2020 – 31 July 2020 (8 weeks).
The aim of this review is to increase the policy relevance of this scoping report by engaging Governments and stakeholders early in the process of defining the policy questions that this assessment will address. Please click here to register as a reviewer and to access the document together with instructions on how to submit comments.
In order to assist IPBES national focal points with the submission of their review comments, a virtual meeting for national focal points will be held from 6 to 10 July 2020 in the context of the capacity-building work of IPBES. At that meeting, scoping experts will present the draft scoping reports for both assessments, and participants will have the opportunity to interact with them. Information on how to submit comments will be discussed and shared among participants.

السادة الأعضاء، والمراقبون، وغيرهم من أصحاب المصلحة المعنيين،
بالإشارة إلى الإخطار EM/2020/4 (25 شباط/فبراير 2020)، يسرني أن أعلن أن مسودة تقرير تحديد النطاق لتقييم العلاقات (التقييم المواضيعي للروابط القائمة بين التنوع البيولوجي والمياه والغذاء والصحة في سياق تغير المناخ) ستكون متاحة للمراجعة الخارجية على النحو الآتي: 5 حزيران/يونيه 2020 - 31 تموز/يوليه 2020 (8 أسابيع).

Notificación: Examen externo del proyecto de informe de análisis inicial de la evaluación de los nexos de la IPBES ya disponible
Estimados miembros, observadores y otros interesados de la Plataforma IPBES:
Con referencia a la notificación EM/2020/4 (25 de febrero de 2020), me complace anunciar que el proyecto de informe de análisis inicial de la evaluación de los nexos (evaluación temática de los vínculos entre la diversidad biológica, el agua, la alimentación y la salud en el contexto del cambio climático) está disponible para su examen externo del siguiente modo: 5 de junio de 2020 a 31 de julio de 2020 (8 semanas).
El objetivo de este examen es aumentar la pertinencia normativa del informe de análisis inicial al implicar a los Gobiernos y las partes interesadas en las primeras fases del proceso de definición de las cuestiones normativas que abordará esta evaluación. Haga clic aquí para registrarse en calidad de revisor y acceder al documento y a las instrucciones sobre cómo presentar comentarios.
A fin de prestar asistencia a los centros nacionales de coordinación de la IPBES con la presentación de sus comentarios de examen, se llevará a cabo una reunión virtual para los centros nacionales de coordinación entre el 6 y el 10 de julio de 2020, en el contexto de la labor de creación de capacidad de la IPBES. En esa reunión, los expertos dedicados al análisis inicial presentarán los proyectos de informe de análisis inicial de ambas evaluaciones y los participantes tendrán la oportunidad de interactuar con ellos. Notification : Consultation externe du projet de rapport de cadrage pour l’évaluation des questions interdépendantes (« nexus assessment ») maintenant en ligne !
Chers membres de l’IPBES, observateurs et autres parties intéressées,
En référence à la notification EM/2020/4 (25 février 2020), j’ai le plaisir d’annoncer que le projet de rapport de cadrage pour l’évaluation des questions interdépendantes ou « nexus assessment » (évaluation thématique des liens entre la biodiversité, l’eau, l’alimentation et la santé dans le contexte du changement climatique) est ouvert pour consultation externe comme suit : 5 juin 2020 – 31 juillet 2020 (8 semaines).
Le but de cette consultation est d’accroître la pertinence politique de ce rapport de cadrage en faisant participer les gouvernements et les parties prenantes au début du processus de définition des questions de politique que cette évaluation abordera. Afin d’aider les points focaux nationaux de l’IPBES à soumettre leurs commentaires, une réunion virtuelle à leur attention se tiendra du 6 au 10 juillet 2020 dans le cadre des travaux de renforcement des capacités de l’IPBES. Lors de cette réunion, les experts de cadrage présenteront les projets de rapport pour les deux évaluations et les participants auront la possibilité d’interagir avec eux. Уважаемые члены МНПБЭУ, наблюдатели и другие заинтересованные стороны,
Ссылаясь на уведомление EM/2020/4 (25 февраля 2020 г.), с удовольствием сообщаю, что проекты докладов об аналитическом исследовании в рамках оценки взаимосвязей (тематическая оценка взаимосвязей между биоразнообразием, водоснабжением, продовольствием и здоровьем в контексте изменения климата) будут доступны для внешнего обзора: 5 июня 2020 г. – 31 июля 2020 г. (8 недель).
Цель настоящего обзора заключается в том, чтобы повысить политическую значимость таких оценок в будущем путем привлечения правительств и заинтересованных сторон к определению вопросов политики, на решение которых направлены данные оценки, на ранних этапах соответствующего процесса. Пожалуйста, нажмите здесь, чтобы зарегистрироваться в качестве обозревателя и получить доступ к документу и инструкциям по представлению замечаний и предложений.
Для содействия национальным координаторам МПБЭУ в представлении своих замечаний и предложений по результатам такого обзора 6-10 июля 2020 года в рамках предпринимаемых МПБЭУ усилий по созданию потенциала состоится виртуальное совещание координаторов, в ходе которого эксперты по аналитическому исследованию представят проекты докладов и у участников появится возможность пообщаться с ними. Информация о том, как представить свои замечания и предложения, будет рассмотрена и направлена участникам.

根据第EM/2020/4号通知（2020年2月25日），我很高兴地宣布，针对联系评估（在气候变化的背景下，对生物多样性、水、粮食和卫生之间的相互联系进行的专题评估）的范围界定报告草案现已开始接受外部评审：2020年6月5日 - 2020年7月31日（8周）。
