This side event gave the participating Global Assessment authors the opportunity to present their work on indigenous and local knowledge, and to discuss methods and progress with the audience. It took place at the Twenty-first Meeting of the Convention on Biological Diversity's Subsidiary Body on Scientific, Technical and Technological Advice and the Tenth meeting of the Ad Hoc Open-Ended Working Group on Article 8(j) and Related Provisions (WG8J 10).
