| Project Description | Without knowledge of spatial distribution of ES, no proper resources planning or NRM. This tool allows countries to identify ES. After a short training countries can operate the model. |
| Project Objectives and expected Achievables | Regional training sessions can be provided in the use of QuickScan, for identification of the Ecosystem Services. In each session a group of 3-5 people for each interested/participating IPBES state can be trained, during 4 days. They will use their own spatial maps, country data in this exercise. Number of training sessions depends on the budget and participating countries, and a budget can be worked out in more detail. |
